Refund and Return Policy

We strive to provide you with top-notch services and products, and your satisfaction is our priority. To ensure transparency and clear communication, we have outlined our Refund and Return Policy below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or requesting a return.
1. Returns for Defective or Incorrect Parts:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect part, please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date.
- We will arrange for the return of the item and its replacement at no additional cost to you.
2. Returns for Non-Defective Parts:
- Returns for non-defective parts are accepted at the discretion of Indiana Road Service within 30 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Returns for non-defective parts are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the item’s purchase price.
4. No Refunds for Labor Performed
- There will be no refunds on labor costs for repairs, regardless of the condition of the parts being repaired or repolaced.
3. No Refunds for Electrical Components and Special Order Parts:
- Please note that electrical components and special order parts are non-refundable.
- We recommend verifying the compatibility of these items with your vehicle before making a purchase.
4. Processing Time for Refunds:
- Refunds for eligible returns will typically be processed within 30 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Delayed Refund Times – Major Truck Dealerships:
- If we purchased your products through major truck dealerships or third-party retailers, please be aware that they may have their own refund policies.
- Indiana Road Service is not responsible for the refund processing time of major truck dealerships or third-party retailers, whom we frequently do business with.
- Typically, major truck dealerships take 60-90 days to process refunds, and this timeframe is beyond our control.
